New and improved for use in our mobile app, CLIMB 5.12 (boulders only) is a periodized 12 Week Training Plan written specifically for the route climber who is climbing in the mid 5.11’s but hopes to break into the 5.12 grade, and only has boulders available for training.  By using the plan in our app, you'll have access to a coach, as well as some key customizations to fit your available equipment.  

The Plan consists of 3 phases to improve your endurance, power, and power endurance, as well as the mental tenacity required to climb 5.12.  

You will need access to bouldering, a fingerboard, and some sort of suspension trainer, such as a TRX or one of the many homemade variations that can be found on Youtube. It is also helpful to have access to dumbbells or kettlebell.  

To run the app you'll need an iPhone or Android.
