For sport climbers with solid experience in the 5.12 grade, who want to break through that plateau and take their training to the next level, and climb 5.13.

New and improved for use in our mobile app, which works on iPhone and Android, CLIMB 5.13 is a periodized 14 Week Training Plan written specifically for the route climber who is climbing in the mid 5.12’s but hopes to break into the 5.13 grade, and has a specific season in which the climbing is the best.  Climbers who are comfortable on lead and have no problems pushing themselves on a rope will benefit most from this plan. 
CLIMB 5.13 consists of 3 phases to improve your strength, power, and power endurance, all while keeping your endurance at a premium.
You will need access to bouldering, a fingerboard, a campus board, and some sort of suspension trainer.  You’ll also need kettlebells or dumbbells, or some form of weights.
