When we started writing training plans for our community, it was old school... PDF's, Google Docs, MS Word. After hundreds of those, we realized a pattern. The templates that emerged from that pattern became our popular Ebooks, and those evolved into our new Proven Plans. There are a few important differences that make the Proven Plans a good choice. First of all, we can make key adjustments based on your goals, weaknesses, schedule and available equipment. Because Proven Plans are delivered in our app, and we can update them at any time, you'll get the most up to date drills that we have available. We believe those drills are game changers. And maybe most important, you can opt for invaluable constant access to your coach for questions and advice.

It's simple. Once you've chosen the plan that best fits you (or we can help you choose), we'll send you a setup email and consultation form so that we can make any necessary adjustments to your plan. Your plan will be loaded into the Power Company Mobile App on your iPhone or Android, and each session will be laid out for you, including videos explaining the drills and exercises. While you'll always have administrative support, you can opt to include coaching or not. We believe that for most people, coaching is an integral part of improving, whether it's for questions you need answered, or if you simply want advice on how to tactically approach your project. Once the plan wraps up, you can print out the sessions as a PDF to take with you if you choose, and we'll help you decide on the next best step.
