Using the ‘boulder better’ proven training app/plan was extremely convenient and has increased my bouldering by two grades — this is great considering I’ve never really bouldered, was going to school full-time, and working and volunteering part-time! Blake was extremely accommodating in adjusting the plan/workouts to meet my time/facility constraints and constantly checked in with me to see how things were going. For those who need some guidance (there are videos) and don’t have a lot of free time messing with spread sheets (super user friendly interface), this is the just the thing! I’m starting another round of training with the Climb 5.12 proven plan (boulders only) and I am super excited to see if I can make it happen!

When we started writing training plans for our community, it was old school... PDF's, Google Docs, MS Word.  After hundreds of those, we realized a pattern.  The templates that emerged from that pattern became our popular Ebooks, and those evolved into our new Proven Plans.   There are a few important differences that make the Proven Plans a good choice.  First of all, we can make key adjustments based on your goals, weaknesses, schedule and available equipment.  Because Proven Plans are delivered in our app, and we can update them at any time, you'll get the most up to date drills that we have available.  We believe those drills are game changers.  And maybe most important, you'll have invaluable constant access to your coach for questions and advice.  

The Boulder Strong Proven Plan was so great! It really helped me get back in shape quickly after taking a bunch of time off. Blake (my coach) was responsive, helpful and encouraging. Having him to check in with was a great addition to the app (which helped keep me organized, on track and motivated). The drills were helpful and I saw a lot of improvement pretty quickly. Because my work includes a lot of travel, I appreciated the flexibility I had with the program and setting my own schedule. I’m looking forward to taking my training to the next level with Power Company Climbing again in the future.

Power Company Proven Plans

It's simple.  Once you've chosen the plan that best fits you (or we can help you choose), we'll send you a setup email and consultation form so that we can make any necessary adjustments to your plan.  Your plan will be loaded into the Power Company Mobile App on your iPhone or Android, and each session will be laid out for you, including videos explaining the drills and exercises.  At any time, you can message your coach through the app, whether it's for questions you need answered, or if you simply want advice on how to tactically approach your project.  Once the plan wraps up, you can print out the sessions as a PDF to take with you if you choose, and we'll help you decide on the next best step.
