Our most popular option, we feel that 12 weeks is the best length for a full training cycle. Here's what you get:

  • Pre-Plan Assessment to help us determine where best to focus our collective efforts. If you decide to continue, you’ll get regular assessments.

  • One 12 Week Custom Plan, written just for you based on your goals and experience, as well as the results of your assessment.

  • Changes from phase to phase based on how you respond to the training stimulus.

  • Full access to the app for the length of the assessment and plan, and anytime in-app messaging with your coach.


6 Week Custom Plan

Great for use as a maintenance or trip prep plan, 6 weeks is the minimum we feel you can train and still see results. Here's what you get:

  • One 6 Week Custom Plan, built just for you based on your goals and experience.

  • Mid Plan changes to the plan, if needed, based on how you respond to the training stimulus.

  • 6 Week access to the app, messaging with your coach, and the workouts
