Ten Sleep Sport Climbing

Looking to spend your summer sport climbing on gently overhanging crimps on beautiful limestone cliffs? Look no further than Ten Sleep, a picturesque canyon nestled high in the Bighorns of Wyoming offering tons of generously bolted lines up to grades of 14+.

Coach Taylor Fragomeni has climbed her first of every grade from 5.10–13b in Ten Sleep, and took what she’s learned from more than a decade of climbing in the area to develop these plans.

These plans will help prepare you for the small edges and technical face climbs typical of Ten Sleep, building your skills on small crimps, efficient body positioning and weight distribution, using small feet, and more.

Red River Gorge Sport Climbing

Kris Hampton and Dru Mack have both spent more time climbing in the Red than just about anyone, and have most certainly sent your project. They’ve compiled what they’ve learned from decades of climbing in the area, and adapted parts of our popular Red River Pump Prep programming to develop these plans.
